She debuted the pair in her return to the court after missing five games with a strained quad, an injury she suffered against the Liberty on May 24.
The team gave fans a close-up look at the custom kicks, which feature photos of Clark’s golden retriever on the insoles.
Before tipoff, Clark laced them up and gave them a good-luck kiss with her hand to honor her dog.
In her absence, the Fever went 2-3, relying on Natasha Howard and Kelsey Mitchell to carry the offensive load in the second-year star’s absence.
Prior to the injury, Clark was averaging 19.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 9.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game, shooting 40.3 percent from the field and 31.4 percent from three.
Clark’s time away from the court gave her the chance to attend a few Indiana Pacers NBA playoffs games at home, where she showed support for her close friend Tyrese Haliburton and the in-town NBA squad alongside a few of her Fever teammates.
She recalled being on the road in Atlanta when Haliburton hit a clutch shot against the New York Knicks to tie the game at the end of regulation that resulted in the viral "choking" video, saying she filmed her reaction to the clutch shot.
"I have a video on my phone I'm never going to show anybody," Clark told reporters. "I videotaped myself, like, the final play and I have my reaction in real time. It's a pretty iconic video. Maybe one day everybody will see it, but no, not right now."
Clark and the Fever currently sit at 4-5, good for third in the Eastern Conference.
