Coastal Carolina 7, Arizona 4

The Chanticleers continue to have the Wildcats' number in Omaha.

This first-round game was a rematch of the 2016 College World Series final, which the Chanticleers emerged victorious in.

Coastal Carolina got a boost on Friday thanks to an 8th-inning rally that catapulted the team to the winner's bracket with a 7-4 victory.

Coastal Carolina got out to a 2-0 lead in the second inning, but the Wildcats matched them with two runs in the fourth to even the score. The Chanticleers took a 3-2 lead in the fifth before two runs from Arizona in the top of the sixth gave the Wildcats a slight edge.

The Chanticleers knotted the score in the bottom of the frame, and then Coastal's bats got hot in the eighth.

The Chanticleers improved to 6-0 in the NCAA Tournament with the victory and look like a chief contender to take home the second national championship in program history.

Oregon State 4, Louisville 3

Louisville was one out away from forcing extra innings on Saturday night when Oregon State's Gavin Turley stepped up to the plate in the bottom of the ninth.

Turley hit an RBI double to deep left field to secure a 4-3 walk-off win for the Beavers.

The game started out with three scoreless innings before Oregon State broke through with two runs in the bottom of the fourth.

Louisville got one back in the sixth with an infield RBI single from Jake Munroe, but the Beavers answered in the bottom of the inning with another run on an infield error.

The Cardinals launched their comeback attempt after entering the ninth inning trailing by two runs.

Tague Davis' RBI single got Louisville within one before Kamau Neighbors sent Alex Alicea home to tie the game in the top of the ninth.

Turley then spoiled Louisville's hopes of completing the comeback with his walk-off double as the Beavers moved to 1-0 in the College World Series.
