Cam Ward Says His Plan Is To 'Throw the F--k Out the Ball' to Prep for Titans Camp
Tennessee Titans rookie Cam Ward has a pretty straightforward idea in mind with how he'll pass the time until he arrives at training camp.
The Titans wrap up their mandatory minicamp Thursday, which is the last step in offseason preparations before camp opens. Asked what he'll do until then, Ward told reporters he's going to "work out, stay in the playbook and throw the f--k out the ball."

To the extent minicamp signals anything about a young player's development, the last few days have provided some encouragement for Titans fans. Jim Wyatt of the team's official site noted Ward went 20-of-21 on his passing attempts in Wednesday's practice.
Ward isn't lacking in confidence, either. Titans head coach Brian Callahan said the No. 1 overall pick can simultaneously talk trash and listen in to the play coming in from the sideline:
Training camp and preseason games will be stronger indicators as to Ward's progression ahead of his first year in the NFL.
Considering the mindset he's going to have over the next month and change, he should look even sharper when he returns to Tennessee's practice facility.
