Brie Bella Reportedly in Talks to Make WWE Return, Join Sister Nikki at Evolution

WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella reportedly could be on the verge of making her return to the company, following in the footsteps of her twin sister, Nikki Bella.

According to TMZ Sports, Brie is in talks with WWE about making an appearance alongside Nikki at next month's all-women's premium live event entitled Evolution.

After making a surprise appearance in the women's Royal Rumble match earlier this year, Nikki resurfaced again on Monday night's episode of Raw to discuss her intention to be part of Evolution II after competing in the main event of the first Evolution in 2018 against Ronda Rousey.

Nikki's promo was interrupted by Liv Morgan, which led to a tense exchange of insults, including Liv referencing Nikki's recent divorce from Artem Chigvintsev.

Per TMZ, Brie was "pissed" about Morgan bringing up Nikki's divorce, and it could lead to her lending support to Nikki in some capacity at Evolution.

It is reportedly unclear if Brie will actually wrestle or simply be in Nikki's corner should she return at Evolution, but a Bella Twins in-ring reunion would make plenty of sense.

Morgan is one half of the WWE women's tag team champions along with Raquel Rodriguez, and the Bellas going after those titles would make for a great story since they weren't introduced until after their days as full-time wrestlers were over.

Brie, 41, has not appeared on WWE programming since both she and Nikki were entrants in the 2022 women's Royal Rumble match.

Their WWE contract expired in 2023, and Brie subsequently made an appearance in AEW at last year's All In pay-per-view, sitting front row to see her husband, Bryan Danielson, beat Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship.

Brie is a former Divas champion and one of the most recognizable women's wrestlers in WWE history, so even if she only serves in a managerial role at Evolution, it should provide fans with a nice bit of nostalgia.
