Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf Duo Hyped By NFL Fans After Steelers Sign QB in NFL FA
DK Metcalf will be catching passes from Aaron Rodgers in Pittsburgh this fall.
Rodgers plans to sign a one-year deal with the Steelers for the 2025 NFL season, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

Fans are excited to see the Steelers' new starting quarterback get to work with Metcalf.
Rodgers plans to participate in Steelers mandatory minicamp next week, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The arrival of Rodgers will leave Mason Rudolph, Will Howard and Skylar Thompson battling for the backup quarterback position.
Following the trade of George Pickens, Robert Woods and Calvin Austin III are meanwhile set to join Metcalf at the top of the Steelers' receiving depth chart.
The Steelers have focused on their rushing attack over the past few seasons.
Bringing in Rodgers, who ranked second only to the Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrow with 652 pass attempts last season, could boost Metcalf's stock but potentially mean fewer touches for Jaylen Warren and Kaleb Johnson.
Steelers training camp won't be the first time Rodgers and Metcalf have worked together.
The two held a throwing session together at UCLA in March, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
That workout may have helped convince Rodgers to sign up for a 21st season in the NFL.
The former Green Bay Packers and New York Jets quarterback said in an April appearance on the Pat McAfee Show that he was considering retirement after going 5-12 in his final season with the Jets.
Instead Rodgers will come to Pittsburgh, where the Steelers are hoping his arrival will help the team break a playoff series win drought that dates back to 2017.
