Rhea Ripley, Bron Breakker and Stars Under 30 Who Will Shape WWE for the Next Decade

Donald WoodJun 10, 2025

WWE is the largest wrestling company in the world, but the age of its roster continues to get older. With some of the sport's biggest legends beginning to walk away—John Cena, The Undertaker and more—it's time for the younger talent to take over.

While WWE's booking leaves much to be desired, the company has shifted its focus to developing the next generation. Between NXT and the LFG series, Triple H and Co. are focused on growing the brand for the future.

Here are the performers under 30 who will shape WWE for the next decade.

Bron Breakker

At just 27 years old, one of WWE's brightest stars is Bron Breakker.

The next-generation Steiner made his main roster debut in April 2024, but he has already become a two-time intercontinental champion to follow his record as a two-time NXT champion and a former NXT tag team champion.

Considering Breakker only wrestled his first match for WWE on September 14, 2021, his trajectory is one of the best in all of professional wrestling. Add in the Steiner lineage and the understanding of the business, and he has potential akin to Randy Orton.

Breakker's career started off hot, but it's only continuing its upward trajectory with a new alliance featuring Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman and Bronson Reed. After attacking Roman Reigns and beating CM Punk and Sami Zayn, his stock in WWE has never been higher.

Rhea Ripley

As one of the top veterans on the women's roster, it's wild to think Rhea Ripley is still only 28 years old.

The Australian made her debut in WWE in 2017 and has gone on to win the Raw Women's Championship once and the Women's World Championship twice.

Add in her reigns as women's tag team champion, NXT women's champion and NXT UK women's champion, and her resume is already Hall of Fame-worthy.

What ensures she will remain one of WWE's cornerstones moving forward are the reactions she garners from the crowd. Regardless of the storyline, fans have fully embraced Ripley, treating her to some of the most significant reactions on the main roster.

Triple H and WWE Creative also have supreme confidence in The Eradicator, as she has been a big part of WrestleMania plans for the last several editions.

With new stars such as Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer added to the roster, Ripley will remain a divisional gatekeeper for a long time.

Roxanne Perez

One of the youngest stars in all of WWE is 23-year-old Roxanne Perez, who has already won the NXT Women's Championship twice and is a former NXT women's tag team champion.

Her run to the main roster started with setting the record for the longest time spent in a women's Royal Rumble match (67 minutes), and she has since added a win in a Money in the Bank qualifier against Becky Lynch and Natalya.

At this point in her career, The Prodigy's future is as bright as possible.

With the support of Triple H, Shawn Michaels and WWE Creative, fans should expect to see Perez in the hunt for a women's world title moving forward.

The Raw brand and The Judgment Day are better with the former Ring of Honor champion heavily featured.
