Ravens' Zay Flowers Says 'Knee is Great,' WR Feels '100%' Entering 2025 After Injury

Paul KasabianJun 3, 2025

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, who missed the entirety of the 2024 playoffs with a right knee injury, gave reporters great news on his health at organized team activities Tuesday.

"My knee is great," Flowers said, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley. "I feel 100 percent. I feel like I'm ready for the season. No limits."

As Hensley noted, Flowers worked back to full health through rehab and was able to avoid surgery.

Flowers suffered the injury in the second quarter of his team's Week 18 game against the Cleveland Browns on Saturday, January 4. It was a tough loss for the AFC North champion Ravens, who were led in the passing game by Flowers' 74 catches and 1,059 yards.

Without Flowers, the Ravens beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 28-14 in the AFC Wild Card round but fell to the Buffalo Bills 27-25 in the AFC Divisional round.

Understandably, Flowers told reporters it was "super tough" to sit the postseason out, but he's looking forward to an opening-week rematch with the Buffalo Bills.

"When you play 17 games just to get to the first playoff game and you can't play in it, it's always hard," Flowers said. "Missing a playoff game is different. At least we get to play [the Bills] in our first game this year."

Flowers and the Ravens will visit Buffalo on September 7 in the first Sunday Night Football game of the year.
