Saquon Barkley Says Eagles 'Know the Recipe' to Try and Repeat as Super Bowl Champs
Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley is confident that the team has the right formula to win a second straight Super Bowl this coming season.
During an appearance on NFL Network's The Insiders, Barkley said he doesn't expect the reigning champs to experience a Super Bowl hangover because they know what it takes to reach the mountaintop once again.
"The best way I can answer that question is success is not an accident. We know the recipe. We know what it takes. We can't skip any steps to get to where we want to get to," Barkley said, per Kevin Patra of NFL.com. "Last OTAs it was the same thing, and we already know how training camp's gonna be and we know how it's gonna be during the season. We know the recipe, and we just got to stick to it and a little bit of luck when that comes in with staying healthy. We do that, with the talent that we have and the coaches that we have, we'll be in a good position."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Barkley joined the Eagles as a free agent last offseason and went on to have a historic year with 2,005 yards and 13 touchdowns. Including the playoffs, he racked up 2,504 rushing yards to set a new NFL single-season record. He was rewarded with a new contract this offseason and was also revealed as the cover star of Madden NFL 26 on Monday.
Barkley added that he feels the Eagles are just as hungry during OTAs as they were last offseason, which is a good sign that they haven't lost any motivation to compete for another title.
"It's been great," he said. "We've got guys coming in and buying in, training really hard, competing at a high level. The young guys that we drafted and the people we brought in, they're buying into the culture right from the beginning."
