Highlights

North Carolina 14, Oklahoma 4

North Carolina opened the game with a three-run first inning and never looked back on its way to a 14-4 win to eliminate Oklahoma.

Even after a two-run home run in the second inning by the Sooners' Drew Dickerson cut the deficit to one, the Tar Heels pulled away with a four-run third inning to put the game out of reach.

North Carolina added a pair of home runs in the eighth inning and another three-run blast in the ninth to finish off the blowout. Gavin Gallaher was responsible for two of the homers on back-to-back at-bats.

UNC advanced to face Arizona in a best-of-three series in the Super Regionals.

Oregon State 9, USC 0

Oregon State left no doubt it would advance behind brilliant pitching and a power display at the plate in its 9-0 victory over USC.

Aiva Arquette, Gavin Turley, Jacob Krieg and Trent Caraway all launched home runs for the Beavers, who scored one run in the first and continued to add on until the game was well out of reach.

With more than enough run support, starting pitcher James DeCremer struck out six and allowed just two hits during five innings of shutout work. The bullpen did the rest of the work from there, clinching the straightforward win.

Next up for Oregon State is a Super Regionals showdown against Florida State.

Tennessee 11, Wake Forest 5

Tennessee used a monster fourth inning to eliminate Wake Forest with an 11-5 victory.

The Volunteers pushed seven runs across the board in that game-changing frame to overcome an early 2-0 deficit after Matt Conte started the scoring for the Demon Deacons with a two-run homer in the first.

Manny Marin and Andrew Fischer each went deep for Tennessee during that fourth inning, which provided enough cushion even when Matt Scannell hit a two-run homer for Wake Forest in the fifth.

Liam Doyle starred out of the bullpen for the Volunteers with five strikeouts in 2.1 shutout innings to close the door on the win.

Now the Volunteers will face Arkansas in the Super Regionals.

Murray State 12, Ole Miss 11

It seemed like Murray State was going to cruise to a head-turning victory over the SEC's Ole Miss.

Until it didn't.

The Racers jumped out to a 12-3 lead in the seventh inning behind timely hitting throughout the early contest. However, Ole Miss came charging back with five runs in the seventh and three runs in the eighth.

The three runs in the eighth came on a Brayden Randle homer, and suddenly it was 12-11.

Yet that ended up being the final score as Graham Kelham bounced back from the long ball and struck out two in a scoreless ninth to clinch the save and the win.

Next up for Murray State after Monday's thriller is a matchup against Duke in the Super Regionals.

LSU 10, Little Rock 6

LSU faced some early adversity when the scrappy Little Rock squad plated five runs in the second inning, but the team stayed poised and pulled off the comeback for a 10-6 win.

Tigers catcher Luis Hernandez led the way with a pair of solo home runs and three RBI, while designated hitter Ethan Frey had a 4-for-4 night with a solo homer and four RBI.

LSU pitcher Casan Evans stabilized things after the early barrage from Little Rock, pitching six innings in relief with 12 strikeouts.

Monday's comeback should give LSU even more confidence when it takes on West Virginia in the Super Regionals.

Miami 5, Southern Miss 4

Miami staved off a late charge from Southern Miss to escape Hattiesburgh with a 5-4 win.

The Hurricanes jumped ahead 5-1 after six innings, but an RBI single in the seventh and a two-run home run in the ninth cut the deficit to one for the Golden Eagles. Miami reliever Brian Walters settled down and got a fly-out on the next at-bat to earn the save.

The Hurricanes will meet a familiar foe when they face ACC rival Louisville in the Super Regionals.
