Djokovic Defeats Norrie, Updated French Open Men's Bracket, Roland-Garros Results

For the 16th consecutive year, Novak Djokovic has reached the quarterfinal of the French Open.

Djokovic punched his ticket to the quarterfinal round with a 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 win over Cameron Norrie that also represented his 100th career victory at Roland-Garros on Monday.

The 38-year-old has yet to drop a set in the 2025 French open.

Djokovic started off strong with an immediate service break to take a 2-0 lead in the first set, but Norrie instantly followed it up with a service break of his own. Forehand errors prevented him from evening up the set, as his serve was broken again during the ensuing game.

The 24-time Grand Slam champion eventually ended the streak, holding serve to take a 4-1 lead before cruising to a 6-2 win.

Norrie initially seemed to gain momentum at the beginning of the second set, breaking Djokovic's serve before winning a second game that was highlighted by an 18-shot rally on the opening point.

Djokovic ended the set by emerging victorious in six of the final seven games, taking a commanding lead. Norrie had an opportunity to stop his run in the second set by forcing a break point with the score tied 3-3, but Djokovic fought through five attempts to get through deuce and held serve.

In the third set, Djokovic broke Norrie once again to take a 3-1 edge before holding on to win the match.

He converted 7-of-11 break points in the match as a whole, while Norrie converted just 2-of-5.

Norrie also recorded 32 unforced errors and 37 forced errors compared to 28 and 14 for Djokovic, respectively.

Djokovic remained sharp on Monday as he looks to capture the fourth French Open title of his career.

Now, he'll face off against Alexander Zverev with a spot in the semifinals on the line.
