With his first PGA Tour Championship win, Scottie Scheffler has climbed to fourth on the PGA Tour’s all-time career earnings list, trailing only Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Phil Mickelson.

At just 28 years old, Scheffler has amassed $81.9 million in career earnings.

Here’s how the top four stack up:

  • Tiger Woods: $121 million
  • Rory McIlroy: $105 million
  • Phil Mickelson: $96.7 million
  • Scottie Scheffler: $81.9 million

Scheffler captured the PGA Tour Championship with a dominant five-stroke win, carding an even-par 71 in the final round to finish ahead of Harris English, Bryson DeChambeau and Davis Riley.

The world’s No. 1 golfer now owns three major titles—adding to his 2022 and 2024 Masters victories—and 15 PGA Tour wins overall. Since World War II, only Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus have matched that feat of 15 wins and three majors before turning 29.

Scheffler showed visible emotion as he tapped in a bogey on the 18th hole.

"Just a lot of happiness," Scheffler told reporters. "I think, you know, just maybe thankful as well. It was a long week. I felt like this was as hard as I battled for a tournament in my career. This was a pretty challenging week."

In addition to the $3.4 million purse that Scheffler won on Sunday at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, North Carolina, he gained 750 FedEx Cup points, launching him into first place standings after previously sitting in fourth.
