Bay to Breakers 2025 Results, Men and Women's Top Finishers and Best Photos
The 112th edition of the Bay to Breakers—San Francisco's famous 12k run that features a blend of competitive runners and participants fully decked out in costumes, all while spectators party along the course—was held on Sunday.
Oscar Medina, 32, won the men's race with a time of 37 minutes and eight seconds. Vasquez Giguere, 29, won the women's race with a time of 42 minutes and 27 seconds. And 28-year-old Cal Calamia was the nonbinary winner with a time of 43 minutes and 21 seconds.
As always, however, it was the costumed runners who were the most entertaining aspect of the famous event and the day's main attraction:

The race weaves through some of the city's iconic neighborhoods, starting at the bay at the Embarcadero before weaving through the Financial District, Hayes Valley and the Haight-Ashbury and ending up at Golden Gate Park.
