Team Rosters

Top Prospects

Jace LaViolette, OF, Texas A&M Aggies

After racking up 29 home runs and 78 RBIs in 68 games during his 2024 season with the Aggies, LaViolette has continued to showcase his power at the plate in 2025.

The Dick Howser Trophy semifinalist has recorded 17 homers and 55 RBIs in 52 appearances, posting a 1.033 OPS.

LaViolette was listed at No. 7 in the latest 2025 prospect rankings from MLB.com.

"Possessing as much raw power as anyone in the Draft, LaViolette is built to crush balls with a quick left-handed stroke, the strength and leverage in his impressive 6-foot-6 frame and a focus on launching pitches to his pull side," MLB.com wrote.

Kyson Witherspoon, RHP, Oklahoma Sooners

Witherspoon is in the midst of a stellar 2025 campaign with the Sooners, amassing 112 strikeouts in just 83.1 innings of work.

He also owns a 9-3 record to go along with a 2.48 ERA and 0.936 WHIP in 14 starts.

Witherspoon is viewed as an eventual frontline starter in the majors and was ranked at No. 8 on MLB.com's 2025 prospect rankings.

"Witherspoon has swing-and-miss stuff, starting with a mid-90s fastball that peaks at 99 mph and stands out more for its power than its modest life," MLB.com wrote. "His mid-80s slider can touch 91 mph while featuring both horizontal action and depth, and he'll turn it into an upper-80s cutter that he uses just as often."

While he prepares for conference tournament action, he'll also look to boost his draft stock even further.
