Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Ward was one of the featured names in a group that included New York Giants edge rusher Abdul Carter, Jacksonville Jaguars star Travis Hunter and Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty.
Ward was selected with the top pick after an excellent 2024 season with the Miami Hurricanes. He threw for 4,313 yards with 39 touchdowns and seven interceptions while leading the team to a 10-3 record. He finished fourth in Heisman voting, was named an All-American and won the ACC Player of the Year award.
He joins a Titans team that struggled to a 3-14 record in 2024 and did not get much production from the quarterback position. Will Levis and Mason Rudolph split time and combined for 3,621 yards with 22 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.
The Titans will hope that Ward can be the answer and help the team elevate its play in 2025.
