A'ja Wilson, Caitlin Clark Among Top-Rated WNBA Players in NBA 2K25 Video Game
Three-time MVP A'ja Wilson will open as the highest-rated WNBA player in NBA 2K25 heading into the 2025 season.
The Las Vegas Aces center boasts a 98 overall rating, putting her just ahead of the Minnesota Lynx's Napheesa Collier and New York Liberty's Breanna Stewart. Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark is next on the list at 96 overall, and she's followed by Phoenix Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas (94).

2027 Mock Draft Has Clear No. 1 🔢

Soto Hasn't Talked to Team 😶
Wilson is coming off arguably her best individual season in the WNBA. While the Aces' three-peat bid was unsuccessful, it was through no fault of their franchise cornerstone. She averaged 26.9 points on 51.8 percent shooting along with 11.9 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game.
Wilson and Stewart have jostled back and forth for the title of the top player in the WNBA. For now, the former has a strong claim on that distinction.
Perhaps Clark will insert herself into that conversation in her second year.
The 2024 No. 1 overall pick was electric on the court after the season resumed following the Summer Olympics in Paris. In the Fever's final 14 games, she averaged 23.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 8.9 assists. That helped Indiana qualify for the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Some will push back on the idea Clark is already one of the five best players in the WNBA, as implied by her 2K rating. But she finished fourth in the MVP voting and was an All-WNBA first-team honoree as a rookie.
If the 6'0" playmaker improves on that in 2025, then a 96 overall rating might actually sell her a little short.
