Jordon Hudson Reportedly Was Around Bill Belichick, Patriots in 2021, Attended Game

While the relationship between the 73-year-old Bill Belichick and 24-year-old Jordon Hudson has drawn far more scrutiny since the former was hired to be the head football coach at North Carolina, she was reportedly seen around him back in 2021 when he was still leading the New England Patriots. 

"Something people may not know that I didn't even have time for in the episode is the first time people spotted Jordon Hudson around the Patriots, around Bill Belichick, was when he was the coach of the Patriots," Pablo Torre of Meadowlark Torre said Thursday. 

"In the fall of 2021, it wasn't 2023. They've known about her showing up. As early as the fall of 2021, she was sitting, I was told, in Bill's outdoor seats at Gillette."

Torre's comments come after he released an in-depth podcast that explored the relationship by speaking to 11 different sources who were at least somewhat familiar with the situation. 

Among the things he reported in that podcast was that Hudson had been banned from the Tar Heels' football facilities and that Belichick's family expressed "deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill's legacy, reputation—everything he has built and worked for over decades."

Torre's reporting came after an awkward interview between Belichick and Tony Dokoupil of CBS Mornings in which Hudson shut down a question about how they met by saying, "we're not talking about this."

According to TMZ Sports, "she stormed out of the room and delayed shooting for 30 minutes" during the interview.

It reached a point that Belichick was asked about the relationship at the ACC meetings and told ESPN's Christine Williamson on Tuesday that Hudson "doesn't have anything to do with UNC football."

North Carolina also released a statement in response to Torre's initial reporting that said, "While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick's personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University."

While Belichick is now focused on his first opportunity as a collegiate head coach with the Tar Heels, he is still best known for his time with the Patriots. After all, he won six Super Bowls with the franchise and is widely known as one of the best coaches in NFL history.

It seems like Hudson was at least someone who was around near the end of that tenure as Belichick went 10-7 in 2021, 8-9 in 2022 and 4-13 in 2023.
