The WHL is a junior hockey league with 22 teams split between Canada (16 teams) and the United States (six). Medicine Hat is located in Alberta, Canada. The Tigers will play the Spokane Chiefs in the 2025 WHL Championship Series starting on Friday night.
Lesnar, who will turn 15 in July, most recently played for the Notre Dame Hounds U15 prep team.
Per EliteProspects.com, Lesnar scored 28 total points (15 goals, 13 assists) in 30 appearances for the Hounds during the 2024-25 season. He also had two goals and one assist in four playoff games.
Duke is one of Brock Lesnar's four children. Brock's other sons, Turk and Luke, are also hockey players.
Brock's daughter, Mya, is a track-and-field athlete. She was recently named to Colorado State's athletes of the week list after recording a 19.6-meter throw in shot put that set a new Mountain West conference record and was the fifth-best mark in outdoor college sports history.
Duke will be eligible for the 2029 NHL draft. He will make his debut for the Tigers when the 2025-26 WHL season begins in the fall.
