Deion Sanders Tweets 'Love Is So Much Better Than Hate!' amid Rumors on Shedeur
Deion Sanders may have sent a response regarding the rumors of Shedeur Sanders' 2025 NFL draft slide in a social media post on Monday.
Shedeur was viewed by many as a first-round prospect entering the draft, but he didn't hear his name called until Day 3. He was the sixth quarterback off the board, as the Cleveland Browns selected him in the fifth round with the No. 144 overall pick.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It was a surprising result for the younger Sanders, especially after he led the Big 12 with 4,134 passing yards and 37 touchdowns to go along with a 74.0 completion percentage in 2024.
One NFL coach told Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer that Shedeur would be a sixth-round pick if he wasn't the son of Deion.
NFL insider Josina Anderson reported a quarterbacks coach said that the passer was "brash" and "arrogant" in pre-draft interviews.
CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones also reported that teams felt Shedeur didn't "give it his all" during interviews and "more or less sandbagged" meetings with teams he didn't want to be selected by.
The 23-year-old will now look to rise above his draft position and attempt to earn Cleveland's starting quarterback job in training camp.
