Influencer, modelย and former LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne has responded to criticism of her introduction to the Kentucky Oaks race via TikTok (h/t Jenna Lemoncelli of the New York Post).

One user said the introduction was a "tough watch," to which Dunne replied: โ€œI couldnโ€™t hear myself because of the echo of the microphone ๐Ÿ˜ญ."

Another TikTok user asked, โ€œWhy are people so mean to you?โ€ To which Dunne said, "yes."

The Kentucky Oaks is the United States' top race for three-year-old fillies. It's a $1.5 million, Grade 1 stakes race held each year on the day before the Kentucky Derby.

On Friday, Good Cheer won by two-and-one-quarter lengths over Drexel Hill. That marks seven-of-seven wins for the filly, including three this year. Good Cheer was a massive 6-5 favorite going in, per Ryan Black of the Louisville Courier Journal. Bless the Broken took third.
