2025 NFL Mock Draft: Day 2 Predictions from B/R NFL Scouting Dept.

BR NFL Draft Scouting Dept.Apr 25, 2025

Part of the intrigue with the NFL draft is it's full of surprises, and the first round did not disappoint as Thursday night started off with bang.

The Cleveland Browns trading out of the No. 2 spot and then passing on Shedeur Sanders three picks later despite needing a quarterback was an interesting start to the weekend.

Then, the QB-needy Pittsburgh Steelers also pivoted away from the Colorado product and the New York Giants traded back in the first round to take a quarterback, opting for Ole Miss' Jaxson Dart over the former Buffalo.

That leads us to Day 2, which starts off with a similar situation/decision to the beginning of Round 1: Will the Browns take Sanders?

With Cleveland on the clock, here's a fresh mock draft for the second and third rounds of the 2025 draft considering team needs, the best available players on our big board and first-round picks.
