The Baltimore Ravens signed Middlebury IOL Thomas Perry as a UDFA after the 2025 NFL Draft.

Thomas Perry is a three-year starter at left guard inside Middlebury's balanced (52-48 run-pass split) system. Perry repped at center during the Shrine Bowl practices, which is a position he didn't play in college. Perry has a squatty, sawed-off frame with a lean, well-rounded build, good athletic ability and power.

Perry showcases efficient, quick movements in the run game to get to his spots. He has heavy hands to deliver knockback power on contact that he used to regularly dominate competition on film.

In pass protection, Perry operated primarily in a straight dropback scheme, where he showed a stout anchor, fluid and powerful pickups/pass-offs against twists and heavy, punishing strikes. During the Shrine Bowl practices, he repped at center for the first time, and while his power and quickness translated throughout the week, he did show some rigidity late in the rep to recover that left his feet stuck against countermoves.

Overall, Perry is an untested, undersized center prospect from a small D-III school who dominated on film and performed admirably at a new position (center) during Shrine Bowl practices, where his play strength and athletic ability stood out. His blend of raw power, good athletic ability and renowned intangibles signal a draftable, long-term developmental piece at center who could carve out a role within his rookie contract.
