A battle of the top two AFC teams during the regular season last year opens up the 2009-10 campaign tonight in the Steel City. The Super Bowl champions usually get to host the first game,and this one should be a classic.
 
Both offenses will look to get off to good starts, as QB’s Ben Roethlisberger and Kerry Collins are coming off of great seasons. Pittsburgh really opened up their offense late last season, and with a healthy Willie Parker running the ball, everything should open up for Ben and his receivers.
 
Collins has the running game with the two headed monster of Kris Johnson and LenDale White giving defenses a completely different look. The receivers aren’t the strongest, but Collins has the big arm to get the ball downfield. Look for a high scoring affair in this opener.
