The Pittsburgh Steelers reportedly felt good about the "vibe" of offensive coordinator Arthur Smith's meeting with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, per NFL insider Josina Anderson.
"From Pittsburgh's viewpoint, I heard they walked away that day feeling really good about the vibe of the meeting, per a league source," Anderson wrote in part.

Rodgers met with Steelers leadership for six hours last Friday, and the visit was described as positive, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Obviously, it's a good sign for the Steelers that they felt Rodgers' talk with the offensive coordinator was a positive one. At this juncture, Rodgers is clearly Pittsburgh's No. 1 option at quarterback, and it's hard to see where the team can go if he doesn't end up landing with the Steelers.
The New York Giants are out after signing Russell Wilson to join Jameis Winston in their quarterback room, and the Minnesota Vikings have all but signaled that they're going to roll with J.J. McCarthy next year.
The Giants, Vikings and Steelers have been the three top teams connected with Rodgers, so it's really up to him at this point if he wants to head to Pittsburgh or pursue some other option, perhaps even retirement.
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported on Monday that a decision could potentially be expected within the next few days.
Perhaps that means any day now, but at the moment, a decision still looms large.
