The latest remake of the Tony Hawk video game series has been announced with a July release date.
Activision dropped the reveal trailer for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 on Tuesday, along with the announcement it will be available on July 11.

This will mark the second remastered release of the classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 dropped in September 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows. It was later released on next-gen consoles in March 2021.
Per the game's official website, gamers will have the ability to purchase a standard or deluxe version. The standard version includes all of the classic skate parks from the original games, cross-platform online multiplayer and create-a-park modes.
The deluxe version includes all of the standard features, plus the Doom Slayer and The Revenant playable skaters and skate decks; exclusive themed create-a-skater items and additional songs on the game soundtrack.
Pre-purchase of the deluxe edition also gets gamers early access three days before the official release date. The standard version is available for $49.99. The deluxe version costs $69.99.
The Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series is among the most acclaimed video game series of all-time. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 was ranked among the top 100 PlayStation 2 games of all-time by IGN.com.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 was originally released in October 2001, followed by Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 the following year.
