Chelsea Transfer News: Mohamed Salah Move Uncertain, Juan Cuadrado Exit Rumours
Serie A clubs are circling Stamford Bridge to pinch the services of several Chelsea wingers this summer. Mohamed Salah's Fiorentina future is up in the air, while Juventus join Atletico Madrid in pursuit of Juan Cuadrado.
Salah spent the second half of last season on loan in Florence, and a clause in the deal means Fiorentina can opt to extend his stay at the club, but as Gianluca DiMarzio's David Amoyal pointed out, only if the player agrees:

The transfer is at a complicated stage after it was reported by Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sportย (viaย Joe Short of theย Daily Express)ย on Thursday that Fiorentina had set Salah a 7 p.m. deadline to make a decision on his return.
On Thursday evening, Amoyal reported that Salah had failed to respond, but because the Italians had already paid Chelsea the โฌ1 million necessary to extend his loan, the ball now rests in Salah's court:
"The Tuscan club had already paid Chelsea the โฌ1 million fee to extend the loan, they had recently made Salah a big offer to raise his wages but the Egyptian winger failed to respond to them by the 8pm deadline.
Fiorentina will now issue a statement to announce that since Salah failed to respond to their offer, they will consider his previous contract tied to the extension of the loan to be valid, they will expect him to report to the team's retreat. Fiorentina is showing they will do all they can to keep Salah.
"
The Egypt international was little more than a fringe player at Stamford Bridge, making just three Premier League appearances for Chelsea last season before making the temporary switch to La Viola.
However, Amoyal went on to suggest that Salah is holding out for a move to either of the Milan giants:
Considering he managed to score nine goals in his 26 appearances while on loan with the Italian outfit, it's safe to say Salah was more appreciated for his talents and had less competition in Florence.
However, the player doesn't appear to be champing at the bit to force through another move just yet, assessing his summer options while Fiorentina attempt to convince their target.
Juan Cuadrado's Agent In Madrid

Salah only arrived at Chelsea in January 2014, but Cuadrado would be an even more surprising departure were he to leave this summer, having been at the club for less than six months.
That could be the case, though, after Tuttomercatoweb (via Metro's George Bellshaw) reported that the Colombian's agent has flown to the Spanish capital to hear an offer from Atletico Madrid.ย
Cuadrado has struggled to settle since making the ยฃ27 million switch to London earlier this year, but Bellshaw claimed that Atleti would be looking to do business at ยฃ17.8 million.
That would represent a loss of more than ยฃ9 million on their investment in less than half a season, but Amoyal reported that Juventus is in the hunt for his talents, too:
Manager Jose Mourinho would have swiftly given up hope on the player if he were willing to cut ties with Cuadrado so soon, considering hat the switch he's made is such a demanding one.
However, fans of the explosive winger may take heart in recent quotes from Cuadrado's agent, Alessandro Lucci, who was quoted by theย MailOnline's Oliver Todd as saying his client is going nowhere:ย "Juan is fine at Chelsea for now; we'll see about later. He's happy, and the club is happy with him, so for now we're comfortable."
Todd' report mentioned that Cuadrado's countryman, Radamel Falcao, is also set to arrive at Stamford Bridge on loan, presenting Mourinho with an intriguing connection which he will assuredly hope to test out.
Cuadrado made 12 Premier League appearances in his first three-and-a-half months at the club, and it could be a grand shock to see the English champions cash in on the South American so soon.
