Week One NFL Picks
Here we go, time to start making those weekly NFL picks.
For those who weren’t around last year here’s how it goes. I select a winner and score for each game, including games that I consider to be locks and upsets.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
PITTSBURGH 24, Tennessee 17 – The crowd and team will be very into this one, Pitt jumps out to an early lead then holds on for the win.
UPSET – New York Jets 30, HOUSTON 24 – Sanchez shines in his pro debut as the Jets pull off the early season road upset.
Minnesota 27, CLEVELAND 13 - Favre does what the Vikings paid him to do, WIN.
CINCINNATI 20, Denver 10 – This might be the worst overall game of the week. The Bengals do just enough to win.
Philadelphia 30, CAROLINA 24 – McNabb puts all the distractions aside and the Eagles score a big early season win.
Dallas 31, TAMPA BAY 16 – The rushing combination of Barber and Jones is too much for Tampa too handle.
BALTIMORE 26, Kansas City 13 – Regardless who plays QB for the Chiefs they’ve got no chance against the Ravens defense.
LOCK – NEW ORLEANS 34, Detroit 17 – This isn’t as much as a lock of some may think. The Saints running game is pretty weak if Pierre Thomas doesn’t play, regardless they’ll put up more then enough points to win this game. If Brees struggles thou this could turn into a major early season upset.
ATLANTA 27, Miami 24 – This should be a very good game. I think Matt Ryan wins the game on a last minute drive.
INDIANAPOLIS 37, Jacksonville 23 - Colts and their new offense overwhelm the Jags at home.
SEATTLE 24, St. Louis 10 – With a healthy Hasselbeck beating the Rams should be no problem.
NEW YORK GIANTS 27, Washington 23 – Manning and Jacobs do just enough to win the game offensively. Although, if Campbell has enough time in the pocket things could get ugly for a depleted Giants secondary.
ARIZONA 31, San Francisco 14 – Not much to say here either, except the niners suck.
GREEN BAY 26, Chicago 20 – Very big early season divisional matchup, I’d say Cutler makes his presence felt with a big turnover late in the game.
NEW ENGLAND 31, Buffalo 27 – Brady and a hyped up home crowd jump out to an early lead and hold on, just like the Steelers did.
There ya go those are my picks for week one. Kept it simple here in the early going only taking one underdog too win. There are definitely opportunities for a few upsets but I think it should be a quiet Week One.
