Mets Prospect Steven Matz Can Spin Anything on His Finger

If New York Mets pitcher Steven Matz is as good at pitching as he is at spinning, he'll be the real deal.

This is an old, but great, Vine of the southpaw showing off his spinning skills. From the looks of it, no object is off limits.

Matz, whom MLBPipeline.com lists as the Mets' No. 2 prospect, will be making his major league debut against the Cincinnati Reds at Citi Field on Sunday.

The 24-year-old's first career start has been slightly pushed back to allow for the completion of Saturday night's suspended game, so maybe he is in the dugout spinning things to quell any anxiety he may have.
