J.J. Watt is just a beast. We know he dominates at defensive end for the Houston Texans, but on Friday night, he showed he can handle himself on the ice, too.

At a charity game hosted by his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, Watt, who grew up playing hockey, showed off some smooth skating before rocketing a shot past St. Louis Blues goalie Brian Elliott, a fellow former Badger.

Here are a few more angles:

This @JJWatt was no joke! Don't think Id get in his way either @KidElls1 @BlakeGeoffrion @Buccigross #topcheese http://t.co/AuNE52p3Ls

Granted, Elliott was clearly not playing actual defense and took a dive out of the way—which the fans loved. But how many NFL players look this comfortable with a hockey stick in their hands?
