Kyle Davis to Auburn: Tigers Land 5-Star WR Prospect
Star wide receiver recruit Kyle Davis is off the market, as the Georgia prep star has given his commitment to Auburn.
Davis announced on Twitter that he decided on the Tigers after being sought after by many of the top programs across the country, including many in the SEC:

Davis had previously committed to the South Carolina Gamecocks, but he announced in May that he was reopening his recruiting.
There's little doubt that Davis has the raw physical chops to be a dynamic college talent. Per 247Sports, he's a 5-star prospect listed at 6'1 ½", 218 pounds and runs a 4.6-second 40-yard dash.
247Sports also has Davis as the nation's No. 20 overall prospect and the top wideout in the 2016 class.
However, as Jeff Sentell of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution noted, there could be some lingering questions regarding how Davis will be used in a college system:
"Analysts peg him a ‘tweener. He’s 6 feet, 3 inches and about 210 pounds. Chiseled but not fast enough to be a receiver, they say. Not big enough to be a tight end, they say. So he runs ladders every day to improve his feet. He also suffers from asthma.
"
The asthma didn't hurt Davis in his recruiting process, as more and more top programs got involved, so finding his best position seems to be the only question.
Yet there's also an element of versatility in Davis' game that has to be appealing. He's got the size and speed to play wide receiver, though ESPN's Recruiting Nation scouting report noted he has the physical attributes to end up as a tight end or H-back.
However Davis' new team uses him, the powerful playmaker will be a force in the hyper-competitive SEC. He's already physically able to line up against college defenders and hold his own, so imagine what will happen when he gains some experience.
