Bellator 138 Weigh-in Results: Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock Fight Card
The Bellator 138 weigh-ins are in the books.
Notably, Bellator featherweight champion Patricio "Pitbull" Freire missed weight by 0.2 pounds on his first attempt. He later weighed in at 144.9 (h/t MMAJunkie.com's Steven Marrocco), solidifying his bout against Daniel Weichel as an official featherweight title fight. Despite the brief scare, Pitbull looked to be in fine shape, and a faulty scale was apparently to blame.
Main event combatant Ken Shamrock also missed weight—technically speaking. For his heavyweight matchup against Kimbo Slice, Shamrock tipped the scale at 204.4 pounds, a full pound and some change under the heavyweight limit.
He looked shredded and mean, though, so I do not anticipate this being any sort of problem tomorrow evening.
