5 Tottenham Hotspur Youngsters Who Could Taste First-Team Action in 2015/16 Seas
Tottenham's youth development program has struggled to produce many first-team players in recent years but 2014/15 was a major turning point.
New manager Mauricio Pochettino was renowned for his willingness to incorporate youngsters and lived up to his reputation in his first season at Spurs.
Of course Harry Kane and Nabil Bentaleb broke through under Tim Sherwood, but they became vital parts of the first-team under Pochettino.
Ryan Mason, too, moved from academy star to first-teamer.
Danny Rose, not strictly a Spurs youth product, was a regular in the development squad and Pochettino helped him re-emerge as a first-team star.
Spurs can regularly field five academy graduates in their squad and next season is likely to see that number rise even higher.
There are a large number of young players with great potential.
Here are five who could break through next term.
Alex Pritchard

Alex Pritchard has made just one Premier League appearance since joining the club from West Ham in 2009.
He is certain to experience first-team football at Spurs next season.
After a brilliant campaign for Brentford, Pritchard has caught the eye of many observers.
Built low to the ground, Pritchard is excellent in possession and has a great sense of players around him. He uses every inch of space to keep and use the ball. He is not the fastest player but does possess a burst of pace, and he puts it to good use.
His inclusion in England's squad for the Under-21 European Championships presents him with another chance to show his skills before the pre-season gets underway.
His talent has never been in doubt, but he lacked consistency in previous loan spells. Pritchard was a star for the Bees and for England's under-21 side in 2014/15.
Pritchard's inclusion on this list is almost unfair given how sure it is that he will finally get his chance next season.
Milos Veljkovic

Milos Veljkovic has been a rising star in the Spurs academy for some time.
His emergence has occasionally been curtailed by injury, but his evolution as a player has continued with time.
A midfielder turned defender, Veljkovic possesses the footballing skills of his former position.
He reads the play exceptionally well and his potential is very exciting.
Sky Sports journalist Lyall Thomas expects Veljkovic to depart on loan once again next season.
However, despite his difficult time on two loan spells last season, Veljkovic remains confident (H/T The Independent) of breaking through next season.
In reality, his chances of breaking through next season hinge on his performance in the pre-season.
Cameron Carter-Vickers

So highly-rated is Cameron Carter-Vickers that he was rushed into the United States' youth system in an attempt to convince him to pledge his allegiance.
Still only 17, he is a vital part of the US under-20s side.
Tall, strong and elegant in possession, Carter-Vickers has the potential to be an excellent player.
He's been named captain of Tottenham's under-21 side in recognition of his significant potential.
His biggest obstacle will be the strength of players ahead of him in the first-team squad.
Even if Younes Kaboul and Vlad Chiriches leave this summer, there are still four first-team quality defenders ahead of him.
Harry Winks

Harry Winks is another player of great potential to be the next Spurs academy graduate to break through into the first-team.
His recent participation in the post-season tour of Australia and Malaysia demonstrates that he is already in Pochettino's thoughts.
He is now, at 19, the same age that Nabil Bentaleb was when he made his Premier League debut.
Of course Bentaleb is something of an exception, but that does mean that Winks could see action next season.
One of Spurs' under-21 stars, Winks sees Ryan Mason as an example of the rapid progress that he could make.
There is a log-jam at central midfield coming into this season, but Winks will get the chance to prove himself in pre-season.
Players like Paulinho, Moussa Dembele, Tom Carroll, Etienne Capoue and Benjamin Stambouli are likely ahead of Winks right now but any could depart in the transfer window. That would see Winks move ahead.
As Mason and Bentaleb have shown, age is no barrier under Pochettino.
Winks has the talent and, if he grabs his chance, he could follow them.
Josh Onomah
5 of 5
Josh Onomah is one of the most talented and mature members of Spurs' academy.
His quality has been on display for Spurs under-21s and England under-18s.
Viewers of his appearances for those sides will recognise that he remains a little unpolished but is evidently a gem of a player.
His ability to play across the forward line is key to his chances of breaking through next season. That versatility, and Spurs' dearth of options in that area, mean that Onomah is highly likely to find chances to break out next season.
Onomah has the potential to step right into Spurs' first-team squad but his lack of experience probably means he is unlikely to feature early in the campaign.
Instead, when Pochettino needs some youthful energy and invigoration, Onomah could be just the man to do it.
