Twitter Reacts to Memphis Depay Completing His Manchester United Transfer

Memphis Depay was finally confirmed as a Manchester United player on Friday, completing the biggest transfer deal of the summer window so far.

The Dutchman's arrival was confirmed on Twitter.

It was a signing made even sweeter by the fact that Liverpool appeared to be in the mix for his signature earlier in the year:

The fact that Liverpool made a signing of their own on Friday—back-up goalkeeper Adam Bogdan, made an unflattering comparison:
