Germany vs. United States: Goals, Highlights from International Friendly

The way the first minutes panned out, a Germany goal seemed inevitable. 

Mario Gotze scored for Germany in the 12th minute as the World Cup champions dominated the early moments of their friendly against the United States in Cologne.

Patrick Herrmann danced through the Americans' defence before finding Gotze in front of goal.
