Barcelona wrapped up the treble with a 3-1 victory over Juventus in what proved to be a thrilling and memorable clash in Berlin.

The scene was set from the beginning with an opening ceremony that observed the golden rule of ceremonies before big matches: Be quick.

Besides, most people were more excited about the escalators down to the pitch. Dani Alves set the tone Friday, but Stephan Lichtsteiner was the talk of Berlin on Saturday:

But soon it was done, and Barcelona had won—and so, too, had Thomas Vermaelen:

But he, like the match itself, was all class:

Now it's on to next season. The first qualifiers for this incredible tournament in 2015/16 begin on 30 June.
