West Indies vs. Australia, 1st Test, Day 2: Highlights, Scorecard, Report
Devendra Bishoo had a fantastic day with the ball on Day 2, but Adam Voges' superb Test debut meant Australia (318 all out) still held a comfortable 170-run lead over West Indies (148 and 25/2) after the first innings of their first Test match.
Australia's dominance carried over into the second innings, where the hosts managed just 25 runs and lost two wickets in less than an hour of action. Going into Day 3, Windies will need a miracle to win this first Test.
Making his Test debut at the age of 35, Voges was immense with the bat, scoring an unbeaten 130. He saw partner after partner fall as Bishoo had an excellent day with the ball, but he hung in there to give Australia a comfortable lead heading into Day 3.

Bishoo took an incredible six wickets in 33 overs, including one delivery that had pundits and commentators alike thinking of legendary spinner Shane Warne.
Brad Haddin was the unfortunate victim of the fantastic delivery:
West Indies legend Darren Sammy was beyond impressed:
The pitch in Dominica was well suited for bowling, as the tourists demonstrated on the first day, and Windies took advantage on Day 2, grabbing a number of early wickets.
Steven Smith and Shane Watson both did limited damage before Bishoo struck twice in quick succession, and when Haddin's wicket fell as well, the home fans started to believe in the side.
Mitchell Johnson gave Voges his first consistent partner, and together they slowly started working toward a solid total. Nathan Lyon and Josh Hazlewood did the same after Johnson had departed, but all eyes were on Voges as he continued his excellent innings.
His 130 included 13 fours and a six, and Cricket.com.au were kind of enough to share some of the highlights:
Former cricketer Glenn McGrath was one of many to congratulate the veteran on his fine knock:
According to Cricket.com.au, Voges became the oldest cricketer in history to score a ton on his Test debut:
Voges was given a standing ovation by the West Indies crowd as the first innings came to an end, with Australia leading the hosts by 170 runs.
West Indies knew they were in for a tough challenge and needed their opening pair to come up big in the final session of the day, but once again, the bowlers took advantage of the pitch in Dominica. Kraigg Brathwaite and Shai Hope combined for just 17 runs before they were dismissed on back-to-back deliveries, with Michael Clarke producing a fantastic catch to get rid of the latter, via Cricket.com.au:
The Baggy Greens continued their fine work with the ball, as Mitchell Starc, Hazlewood and Nathan Lyon held the West Indies to just 25 before the end of the session.

Bishoo was undoubtedly the top performer of the day for West Indies, and he told ESPN Cricinfo he was happy with his performance while admitting he suffered a minor finger injury:
"I am pretty happy with my performance. The wicket was a bit slow and I just capitalised as much as possible. I am more confident now. That dismissal of Haddin was very special. It [finger injury] is something you can't control. It is going to pain a bit and I will have to go through it. It is going to be tough but we have to bat strong.
"
Fresh off a win at the Cricket World Cup, it's clear Australia's form is as good as ever, and as things stand, it's hard to see any scenario in which West Indies can turn this deficit around and win the first Test.
Darren Bravo and Shane Dowrich will open for the hosts on Day 3.
