Throwback: Bryce Harper and Joey Gallo Make for a Terrifying Little League Team
Joey Gallo kicked in Major League Baseball's door on Tuesday night, chalking up four RBI and a home run against the Chicago White Sox in his MLB debut.
These are insane (and unsustainable) numbers for the 21-year-old Texas Ranger, who hits as hard or harder than his former teammate and hometown hero, Bryce Harper.
Gallo and Harper grew up in Las Vegas at the same time, and judging by a picture dug up by Cut 4's Chris Landers, they once combined to form one of the most terrifying duos in Little League history.

Gallo tweeted the throwback picture in 2014. This is the waking night terror of every Little League pitcher playing in the Mountain West region during the early 2000s.
Of course, this embarrassment of talent is nothing new for Little League fans in Las Vegas, which is apparently a town blessed with the kind of water needed to develop hitters who can dent the outfield wall.
Also, if you're a young pitcher who knows he's facing a leadoff Harper with Gallo batting cleanup, do you wake up and tell Mom your stomach hurts that day, or just curl into the fetal position on the mound?
Dan is on Twitter. He was an RBI monster at tee ball.
