Iman Shumpert and the Cleveland Cavaliers want nothing to do with "The Based God's Curse" as they prepare for the 2015 NBA Finals.

After Cleveland finished off a sweep of the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Finals with a 118-88 victory in Game 4 on Tuesday night, J.R. Smith posted an Instagram video of him and his teammates celebrating the victory by dancing in a tub:

That dance looks pretty similar to the one that Lil B claims as his own, which is the reason that the rapper has placed a curse on Houston Rockets star James Harden.

Lil B took notice of the dance and sent a warning to the Cavaliers:

Not wanting anything to do with "The Based God's Curse" that has already been placed on Harden and Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant, Shumpert quickly smoothed things over with Lil B:

The rapper responded by saying that no curse will be put on the Cavaliers:

That breeze you just felt was from the entire city of Cleveland exhaling.

Considering the city of Cleveland has not seen a championship since 1964, the fans there have to appreciate Shumpert doing what he can to make sure that no curse is placed on the squad. Now if the Cavaliers lose in the Finals, it will just be because they lost to a better team—not because of some curse.
