Russell Wilson, Jimmy Graham Will Miss Seahawks OTA to Attend Funeral
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and tight end Jimmy Graham are not in attendance for the first day of organized team activities due to the death of Graham's personal manager, Tammy Meyerson.
Meyerson, one of Graham's closest confidantes, died Friday in Miami. She was 45. Wilson chose to accompany Graham to Miami to attend the funeral Tuesday, per ESPN.com's Terry Blount. It is unclear if they are expected to return for the second day of OTAs on Wednesday.
Graham, 28, is heading into his first season with the Seahawks. The New Orleans Saints traded him and a fourth-round pick to Seattle in exchange for a first-round pick and center Max Unger in March. The three-time Pro Bowler made 85 receptions for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2014, his fourth consecutive campaign with at least 85 grabs and nine touchdowns.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
John Boyle of the Everett Herald reported Wilson and vice president of player management Mo Kelly took an overnight flight to Miami to be with Graham.
Wilson, heading into his fourth season, threw for a career-high 3,475 yards and 20 touchdowns against seven interceptions last season. Graham, almost by default, will be the most talented pass-catcher he's ever played with. Given the circumstances, it's a nice gesture on Wilson's part, which should help foster a relationship on and off the field.
The Seahawks are scheduled for additional OTA dates Wednesday and Friday.
