Richard Skinner of Local 12 has more on Burfict:
Paul Dehner Jr. passed along comments from head coach Marvin Lewis regarding the talented linebacker:
Burfict has turned himself into one of Cincinnati's most important defensive players, finishing with a combined 304 tackles, four sacks and four fumble recoveries in his first two seasons. A knee injury limited him to just five games in 2014, however, and it put his status for the 2015 season in doubt.
The Bengals remain unsure if Burfict will be available for training camp, per Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, but the hope around Cincinnati is that the star linebacker will be back to 100 percent for the upcoming season.
