"A dream is coming true! First of all I want to thank God for always lighting my way, my dad who always believed in my talent and was a real warrior while helping me to reach my goals, my family and friends who always supported me...
And I am also thankful to Club Atletico Paranaense, which was part of this journey and where I played for 6 years of my career. Thank you Chelsea for trusting in me, I will do my best to support my team on reaching new achievements. WE ARE ALL BLUE

ESPN FC reports the same story and a ยฃ4.5 million fee, but noted "Nathan's work permit will still need to be approved by the Home Office." The 19-year-old may be forced to move out on loan during his debut season due to "strict" new rules, as reported by Matt Barlow of the MailOnline.
Nathan is a versatile attacking midfielder who can play on the flank or in a supporting striker role. He's played a total of 377 minutes forย Paranaense's first team this season, scoring one goal, according toย Transfermarkt.co.uk.
His qualities can be seen below:
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly on the verge of landing another Brazilian starlet inย Fluminense's Kenedy, a powerful young striker who would further add to the club's tremendous selection of youth players.
Barlow indicates "Fluminense will expect the bidding to start at ยฃ5 million" for the 19-year-old who would also struggle to land an immediate work permit. Both Kenedy and Nathan have represented Brazil at under-20 level and would be able to make the transition to England knowing a strong Brazilian contingent resides at Stamford Bridge.
The likes of Oscar, Ramires, Willian, Filipe Luis and Lucas Piazon have joined Chelsea in recent years. Kenedy's sturdy frame and physical style can be seen below:
While Mourinho has largely focused on the development of Chelsea's senior squad, though it now appears wants to add to the club's considerable youth ranks during the summer. We can expect a handful of departures to facilitate this.
Chelsea fans may not catch a glimpse of Nathan and Kenedy soon, even if both their transfers are confirmed. However, they represent interesting prospects for the future.
