The woman who accused Ray McDonald of raping her—charges that the San Jose Police Department dropped for insufficient evidence and which have led to McDonald filing a defamation lawsuit against the woman—is now also accusing Brooks of sexually assaulting her.
According to TMZ Sports, she is suing McDonald and Brooks for "assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress" and claiming surveillance video will support her claims:
"According to the docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the woman says on December 14th, 2014 she was at McDonald's home and slipped and fell on the deck around his swimming pool, knocking herself unconscious for more than 8 minutes.
While she was blacked out, the woman claims the video will show McDonald's friend Brooks "groped her person in a sexual manner."
She claims McDonald then carried her up to his bedroom where he had sex with her ... without her consent.
"
Matt Barrows of The Sacramento Bee had more, including a statement from 49es general manager Trent Baalke:
"1. DA's office still investigating alleged sexual assault incident that occurred at Ray McDonald's home in Dec. As @TMZ_Sports reports ...

Brooks is coming off a disappointing season with the Niners, tallying just 30 tackles and six sacks in 13 games in 2014.
The 2013 Pro Bowler clashed with the previous coaching staff during the season and removed himself from a November game against the New York Giants, seemingly out of frustration after seeing his playing time reduced.
