Knowing that he had just won the game with a home run, St. Louis Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong did baseball's version of dropping the mic.

Wong hit a 1-1 pitch from the Pittsburgh Pirates' Radhames Liz in the 14th inning over the wall in right field to give his team a 3-2 victory. From the moment the ball left his bat, Wong knew it was gone.

After he admired his walk-off blast for a few seconds, Wong delivered a serious bat toss that was dripping with swag.

The Cardinals swept the Pirates, winning all three games in extra innings.
