Russell Wilson Upgrades Soldier's Plane Ticket to First Class
As a way to show his appreciation for serving our country, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson recently upgraded a U.S. Army soldier's plane ticket to first class.
Kane Bernas, an Army serviceman, was on Wilson's flight to Seattle on Wednesday. The Seahawks star took that as an opportunity to do what he could to thank the soldier:
"Russell Wilson was on my flight back to seattle and he brought me up to first class. Mad respect! #clutch

Obviously, it's not easy to repay members of the military for their service. However, Wilson wanted to make sure Bernas knew that he appreciated the sacrifices the soldier had made for his country.
There's no doubt Bernas appreciated Wilson's gesture:
"Best flight ever dude!
