WWE NXT: Full Preview, Match Card and More for April 27

Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for this week's episode of WWE NXT. This is where we take a spoiler-free look at what's in store for the developmental brand's upcoming episode.

Between the Lucha Dragons and Neville, NXT has been very well-represented recently, and hopefully seeing how good those Superstars are will encourage more WWE fans who don't watch to give the developmental brand a chance.

NXT is filled with amazing talent, some of whom will be featured on this week's show. Let's take a look at what's in store for Wednesday's episode.

The Tag Teams

The NXT tag team champions will be in action this week when Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy take on Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady.

The titles won't be on the line in this one, but a victory for Big Cass and Amore could set them up for a future shot at the gold.

It's been a while since Amore and Cassady were prominently featured. They are a unique tag team with loads of charisma and just as much talent.

Murphy and Blake are still getting used to being on the winning side of things, but they have always shown talent between the ropes. When these two teams go to war, it should be a fun, fast-paced match.

The Women

The Divas of WWE may be finding more success lately with longer matches and more substantial storylines, but the women of NXT have been impressing for a long time.

We will be treated to two matches from the women of the developmental system this week. The first will see newcomer Dana Brooke take on the chronic hugger, Bayley.

Brooke is still green, but there is a lot of upside to this woman. She has a great physique and the kind of look we have come to expect from a WWE Diva.

Brooke may be strong, but she will have her hands full with Bayley. This is a wrestler who is unbelievably popular with the fans because you can see the passion in her eyes every time she steps through the curtain.

Bayley has the wrestling chops to be a major force in the Divas division someday, and her gimmick makes it hard not to smile whenever she comes on your screen. Even with Brooke being a rookie, this should be fun to watch.

The second women's match of the night will see Becky Lynch take on someone named Sarah Thompson. This could be the name one of the newest recruits is using, or it could be a local talent who is only being brought in as a jobber.

Whatever the case may be, if they are given more than a minute or two, it should be another match worth seeing simply because Lynch is involved.

This is a woman with over a decade of wrestling experience and every quality you could want in a Diva, and if you follow her on Twitter, you know she is hilarious.

She earned her first shot at the Women's Championship less than a year after her televised debut, and it seems like it's just a matter of time until she actually wins the belt.

The Men

Two singles matches are scheduled to take place this week. The first, and less important of the two, will see Adam Rose make another trip to NXT to take on Hideo Itami.

Rose has been making sporadic appearances in NXT ever since he was called up to the main roster. His gimmick seems to garner a better response from the more hardcore fans that attend the tapings at Full Sail University.

He found moderate success in NXT, but he might get more than he bargained for when he faces Itami. The Japanese megastar is one of the toughest men in the division, and he won't make things easy for the leader of the Exotic Express.

Rose has never been given much of a chance to show what he is capable of on the main roster. He's had plenty of matches, but they never last very long. Every time he wrestles in NXT, we see more of what he can do. When he faces Itami on Wednesday, it should be a very competitive match.

The main event of the evening will see Sami Zayn take on Alex Riley. This is kind of a strange matchup due to the current storyline.

Riley was attacked by Owens following their encounter last week, and it was Zayn who saved him from being powerbombed into the apron.

Regardless of the reason for why this match is happening, it should be a great main event. Riley has shown that he still has what it takes to put on a good performance, and we're all aware of how good Zayn is in the ring.

What both men need to watch out for is a sneak attack from Owens. The champ might be willing to fight anyone at any time, but he has also shown that he is capable of being a vicious heel who isn't afraid to take a shortcut.

It looks like we should be treated to another solid week of action from the men and women of NXT. What are you looking forward to seeing on Wednesday's show?
