Liverpool announced Balotelli would not play in the club's finale. 

"Struggling" might be an understatement to describe Balotelli's performance with Liverpool. Balotelli has scored just once in 16 Premier League appearances (10 starts), earning a meager 6.55 average match rating from WhoScored.com. His finishing has been erratic, to say the least. He's never seemed to fit or embrace Rodgers' philosophy, and he's struggled to make an impact when he does get on the pitch. 

Given his struggles this season, Balotelli could be one-and-done in Anfield.
