Javier Zanetti retired from football last summer after nearly 20 years with Inter Milan

Now, his famous No. 4 shirt has been retired too.

Club President Erick Thohir announced the news in a video tribute to the Argentinian, who is now the club's sporting director.

Zanetti will step onto the San Siro turf one last time when he plays in a special charity match celebrating Milan's hosting of Expo 2015 on May 4.
