September Is Trouble For Miami
28 August 2009
Miami, Florida – Miami is a great city filled with nice beaches, hard bodies, and hot night spots. Nevertheless, Miami fans of the pigskin are going to struggle through the month of September.
For those of you who favor the U, the once dominant Canes will remain just that. They open at Florida State, an instate rivalry and always tough. FSU once had a run of 14 years finishing in the top 5. After that task they must cope with underrated Georgia Tech on a Thursday night (ask USC how well those Thursday night games go), and then close the month at Virginia Teach.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If that does not make the Hurricanes fans nervous, remember, you start October by playing Oklahoma. That very well means 0-4 for the Canes.
If you were counting on the Dolphins to provide some comfort and pleasure, think again. The fins are not going to repeat their performance of the 2008 season. Tom Brady is back taking the snaps for New England, who also has the best coach (Bill Belichick) in the NFL. New England is winning the AFC East.
The Dolphins schedule in September is brutal as well. They open at Atlanta, host Indianapolis, travel across the country to play San Diego, and then come home to deal with divisional rival Buffalo.
The Monday Night Game in Week Five might very well be the 0-4 Jets (their schedule is difficult as well) vs. the 0-4 Dolphins.
Miami fans, enjoy the perks of your city, but do not expect much from your football teams early in the season.
