Sampdoria Owner Seems to Suggest That Rafa Benitez Is Too Fat to Manage His Club
Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero has come up with some rather harsh and seemingly unprovoked remarks about Napoli boss Rafa Benitez.
Ferrero was asked to respond to reports that the Spaniard could replace current boss Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Ferrero dismissed the rumour while making reference to Benitez's weight.

The Sampdoria chief told Radio CRC, per the London Evening Standard:
"As far as I am concerned, [Mihajlovic is] staying. If he were to leave, I'd know who to replace him with. Paulo Sousa's not going to be Sampdoria's next coach, it will be [Italian comedy actor] Lino Banfi.
I could take Benitez, but I'd have to take him to see a dietitian first.
Anyway, if Mihajlovic does leave, I've already got a replacement. You all say he's leaving, even if I don't know anything about it.
"
Wednesday's British newspapers linked Benitez with a move to Manchester City.
However, the man himself dismissed those reports later in the day.
