WWE Raw: Live Results, Reaction and Analysis for April 20

Extreme Rules is just days away, and WWE only has a few opportunities left to add any last matches to the card.

We found out on last week's Raw that Damien Mizdow and The Miz would have a match to see who gets to keep the "Miz" gimmick on Monday's show. This could be when we finally see the return of Damien Sandow.

WWE also ran an injury angle with Paige last week that could see the former Divas champion taken out of the title match at Extreme Rules, opening the door for someone else to challenge Nikki Bella.

Can we also expect John Cena to defend his United States Championship in another open challenge, an update on Daniel Bryan's status for Sunday's pay-per-view and more tension between Kane and The Authority?
