Sunrisers Hyderabad vs. Delhi Daredevils

Sunrisers have had something of a mixed tournament thus far. They were thrashed by Chennai Super Kings in their opener but followed up with a fine victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore.
They then took the Royals to the last ball on Thursday despite having posted a measly 127 from their 20 overs, but James Faulkner did the job for Rajasthan.
Hyderabad have strength in their batting lineup, with David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan a brilliant opening pairing, and Kane Williamson, Eoin Morgan and Naman Ojha providing depth in the middle order.
But they also have a fine bowling unit including Trent Boult and Praveen Kumar, which so nearly saw them to an incredible victory against the Royals, per cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle:
This depth should give them the edge against Delhi in Visakhapatnam on Saturday, although the Sunrisers batsmen will need to be at their best against the tricky Imran Tahir, who has eight wickets at 12.25 already in the tournament.
Yuvraj Singh is the Daredevils' ace in the pack with the bat, and he smashed 54 in defeat of Kings XI, but Hyderabad should have the bowling acumen to keep him quiet.
Kings XI Punjab vs. Kolkata Knight Riders
KKR got the better of Kings XI in last year's final, and no doubt revenge will be on the Punjab players' minds in Pune on Saturday.
But unlike last year when Kings XI blew everybody away early in the tournament, they have failed to really get going in IPL 2015.
Defeated by Delhi and Rajasthan, Kings XI have only beaten a poor Mumbai Indians team thus far, but they have the quality to turn things around.
Their batting depth is absolutely phenomenal, openers Murali Vijay and Virender Sehwag backed up by the likes of Wriddhiman Saha, Glenn Maxwell, David Miller and George Bailey.
But their bowling unit has not been very effective so far this tournament—they were unable to defend 165 against Delhi—and Kolkata can take advantage of that.
Sunil Narine, Shakib al Hasan, Morne Morkel and Umesh Yadav make up an effective and varied attack, and in Robin Uthappa, Gautam Gambhir—set to play, per cricket writer Freddie Wilde—and Manish Pandey, KKR have incredible experience with the bat:
It should be a hugely close contest as there is immense quality on both sides. But the Knight Riders look to have the bowling unit and nous to overcome Kings XI.
